The nearest station is Chippenham and you can take a taxi from there. Buses are not readily available and do not deliver near to Glebe House. There are several reliable taxis in Chippenham and Devizes, some with disable capacity. If you come by bike you can store this in the shed.

Turn up the drive and drive past the end of the house and turn right into the gravel driveway to find the front door. You will always find it easier to drive in forwards and reverse out backwards! There is off street parking for three cars.

I can assist with light luggage.

The dining room and drawing room are adjacent on the ground floor from the hall. The Green Wing has one twin room and a shower room all on the same level. The garden can be accessed from the drawing room down one step on to the terrace where guests can enjoy sitting.

Breakfast is served in the dining room. Please do help me by letting me know in advance if you have any special dietary needs so that these can be catered for.

Dinner is served in the dining room.

Ginny holds a food hygiene certificate.

There is a guest TV in the drawing room. We have a certain amount of difficulty with reception in the Chittoe valley. Some mobiles work and some do not.

There is a high chair available for young children.

For the food I source as much local organic food I can.

There is a terrace outside the drawing room and with teak table and chairs which are there to be enjoyed. I am always delighted if the guests wish to tour the garden. The garden is on several levels.

There is unlimited walking from the house in the area.

At Glebe House we keep many leaflets and local information to assist our Guests with their choices.

Glebe House is a non smoking house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.

We do accept well behaved pets and there are sound house rules.

We do accept well behaved children and their guardians are fully responsible for them during their stay at Glebe House
