The food you eat at Glebe House will be as local as I can source.
From the garden in the summer there will be fruit and a few vegetables.
For Breakfast:
All the bacon and sausages come from H F Stiles in Bromham who is one of Wiltshire’s first class butchers and also the abattoir. I always know where the meat has been sourced.
Eggs are very local and organic from Paxcroft at Trowbridge.
Milk is West Country Milk.
All the vegetables that you will eat at Glebe House come from V P Collins, one of the best Farm Shops in Wiltshire, filled with all sorts of local products, from smoked Wyle salmon and trout to local honey and eggs and beautifully crafted handmade bread.
The Jams and Marmalades are all made at Glebe House. I am particularly proud of my Crab apple and Sloe jelly sourced within Chittoe.
Dinner is a three course dinner and once again, you will be eating locally produced food where ever possible.
All special dietary needs are catered for here at Glebe House.
